While it is true that Gods love for us is unconditional and everlasting, it is impossible to enjoy the fullness of His love, if we do not receive His Love. How is this possible? Although we are loved, when we do not accept Gods love, we do not engage in it- and so, we cannot have an experience of it and therefore cannot come into its fullness. To receive Gods love, we need to open our hearts and prioritise God above. this ushers us into the fullness of it as we become fully aware of His unconditional love for us. this revelation releases the power of the Holy Spirit into our lives, setting us free from every bondage of sin and death- that is why you can boldly say “I am redeemed!” Remember that Gods love is unrepentant, meaning it never withdraws, but He will never force anyone to receive His gift of Love- Jesus Christ and this Love is further demonstrated by the sacrifice Christ made on the cross for us . John 3:16 says “for God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life.” A lot of us would recite this verse of the bible without a twinkle, we know it so well; but have we taken the time to really dig deep into it? What does it really mean to believe in Jesus? is it just enough to say we believe in Christ?
Confessing the prayer of salvation with our mouth is a step towards receiving salvation. Nevertheless, true change always starts from within and becomes visible on the outside For this reason, the apostle says James 2:14-26, that faith without works is dead. This means that our faith in Christ is only as good as what we make it to be- actions. Believing in Christ means Loving Him and simply being with Him- simply means “to be”. and “to be” is an action, because you choose “to be”.
The lord said in John 14:21, that whoever has His commands and keeps them is the one who love Him. And we have been commanded in Luke 10:27 to “love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, all our strength and all your mind and, love thy neighbour as thyself.” This is the ultimate circle of love.
It is crucial to note that the measure of love which fills our heart solely depends on the depth of our desire and how willing we are to receive. And the measure at which we love back depends on the measure at which we receive. Remember, you cannot give what you don’t have. Loving someone is a conscious decision, and i pray that you step into the place of allowing your heart receive as well as love others.

PRAYERS
Dear father, we say yes to you today. Yes, with all our hearts, all our souls, all our strength and all our minds. Change our hearts from that of stone to a heart that will love you, please and serve you. let your love for us be a guide in our daily lives, so we can learn from you. Amen!
