Have you been left in wonder of what is left of your worth? Did situation and circumstances steal the view of who God says you are? Well, God has a message for you today, and it is written in matthew 2:6 ”And THOU bethlehem, in the land of judah, art not the least among the princes of Judah: for out of THEE shall come a Governor, that shall rule my people Israel”.
We all have and live very different lives, and our stories, significantly shaped by the uniqueness of every step walking on the print of experiences laid out on a specially customized path of life. But irrespective of our uniqueness, there is something WE ALL have in common- WE are all created in the Image of the Almighty GOD. We carry the DNA of God in Us, We are Children Of God. Now, it easy to be deceived by the enemy: when people or circumstances tell you that you don’t matter, it is easy to forget your worth when you cant see no worth in you in the first place. It is easy to compare yourself to another human being, forgetting that no two lives are ever the same. It is easy to forget that you do matter when rejection and loneliness tells you- you don’t. It is easy to forget that life is a journey, a story directed by the will of God, written by the hands of the almighty on the paper of destiny with the ink of mans collaboration- psalm 139:3 says:“thou compassest my path and my lying down, and are acquainted with all my ways.” Along our journey, we forget I AM is involved, so when we fail, we think thats who we are – A failure. But when you feel that way, remember that you are carrying the seed of greatness in you, for out of you shall come forth… you are carrying that seed that will change lives, to will show the beauty of humility and selflessness, put smiles on faces, show forth the kingdom of God here on earth, that demonstrates skills needed to survive in harsh desert conditions, that seed that will demonstrate to others what is means to forgive, what it means to see no hope but yet still hope, what it means to be at your very low but still rise again, what it means to be a role model by serving, what is means to be weak but still strong, what it means to be on your own but still get by because you were never on your own in the first place, what means to find your voice in voiceless situations, what it means to love just as Christ loved us- You carry that seed, and that seed is connected to the destiny and fulfillment of people and nations.. So, stop looking down on yourself, instead, look up to God (psalm 118: 14)
The Lord wants you to know that you are very special and you matter so much that God, in the person of the son Jesus, had to come in flesh for your sake. Christ died to demonstrate his love for you, He wants you to know that you matter so much that heaven had to stand still as he paid the ultimate price on the cross. There was no legion of angels destroying the soldiers and people who plotted and crucified him- instead Heaven watched, Heaven watched for your sake. And YES, even with all your mistakes and shortcomings, He still loves you and His Spirit in you is the help you need to bring out the best version of you in Him- so, there is no condemnation for those (YOU) who are in Christ Jesus (Romans 8:1). The length at which the Lord Loves you can be seen in John 3:16 “for God sooo loved the world (YOU) that He gave His ONLY begotten SON…”
The Lord will go to any length just to show you how much you are beloved of Him and to let you know that you matter. In Isaiah 43:3-4, He says to you “For I AM the Lord Thy God, the Holy One of Israel, thy Saviour: I gave egypt for thy ransom, Ethiopia and Seba for thee. SINCE THOU WAST PRECIOUS IN MY SIGHT, thou hast been honourable, and I have loved thee: Therefore will I give men for thee, and people for thy life.“
The word of God says that YOU are fearfully and wonderfully made!! ”psalm 139:14” so, don’t ever let your worth be determined by or dependent on anyone, or anything. Nothing and no one in this world can estimate your worth- you are priceless, because Jesus already paid the price with His Blood on the cross. So today, I encourage you to reclaim your worth in Christ Jesus and recognize your place as an heir to the kingdom of God.

Dear Lord, I pray for your children, you see them all and you know them all. Please open their eyes to see just how much you love them and how special they are in your sight. Heal them from every hurt, heal their minds and erase from every lie planted by the evil one. May they know your truth, amd may it set them free. Strengthen them when they are weak and fill their hearts with overflowing joy and peace. Reassure their hearts that you are always with them, and let your perfect love break them loose from every bondage of fear and heaviness. In Jesus mighty name, Amen!!
